Production Capacity

Vaishnav Engineering Works has three manufacturing units in Jalandhar separately for Casting, Forging and Sheet Metal Work. The total combined area of the units is 16000 Square meter and has a monthly capacity of producing around 2500 MT per month of Scaffolding, Formwork and Sheet Metal Work.

Quality Testing Facility at Vaishnav Engineering Works

• Chemical Laboratory for testing the chemical composition of the raw material.
• Microscope with 1000X magnification with the Structure analysis software so that the internal structure of the casting can seen and then analysed with the help of the software.
• Caron – Silicon Analyser.
• Tensile Testing Machine.
• Hardness Tester.
