Execution planning:-
When to start , when to end.
What would be the different stages in the manufacturing cycle.

Tracking and Oversight Planning:-
Deciding that how to track the actual progress.
How shall we test that the targets that which we set at the
start the start of the project is actually being met.

Subcontract management:-
To whom shall we give the job work,
To whom shall we order the trading items.
Setting the targets that when we shall get the work done from
the outside source.

Quality assurance:-
What are the quality standards and the specifications that we
shall follow .
At which step the quality check will be there.
What would be the frequency to check the quality .
What shall we do if the standards are not met.

Training Programs:-
Wherever required even if for specific process if the worker is
not comfortable then he is undergone a training session to get
the details of the process.
Also a continuous training program is always in progress and
each worker gets the chance to learn more and do a lot of value
addition .

Intergroup coordination:-
People from different departments are assigned to check the
working of other departments.
In this way all the discrepancies comes out if there are any
from the product.

Peer Reviews:-
People from the same department are assigned to test the work of
the people in the same department. As these people are trained
in their specific field therefore they get to know the flaws
very quickly.

Defect Prevention:-
All the defects that are noted are written down and then it is
tried in the future that the same defects are irradiated.
It is taken care that where there is maximum defects then the
quality check at that point is increased accordingly so that in
future the defects are not allowed to move further.

Technology Change management:-
A group is always there in the company that looks after for the
new technology and the machinery in the market so that we may
get equipped with that and give the best quality to our
customers.

Process Change management:-
The above group and the floor workers are always asked to
tell new processes to manufacture the product.
The processes are noted down and checked that if these process
help in increasing the productivity , increasing the quality .
Then these processes are included in the next projects.
